Nature of Digital Products
Zentryxio exclusively sells digital products that are delivered electronically through instant download access, email delivery, customer dashboard access, or other digital methods.
Since digital products are intangible and delivered immediately after successful payment, they cannot be returned once accessed or downloaded.
No Refund Policy
All sales made on Zentryxio are final. We generally do not provide refunds, returns, or exchanges for:
- Digital downloads
- eBooks
- Templates
- AI prompts
- Software tools
- Design assets
- Educational resources
- Graphics
- Any other downloadable digital products
Once the product has been delivered or download access has been provided, the order becomes non-refundable.
Exceptions
Refunds may only be considered under the following circumstances:
- Duplicate payment made accidentally
- Customer charged multiple times for the same order
- Purchased product cannot be accessed due to a verified technical issue from our side
- Product file is completely corrupted and cannot be replaced
Technical Support & Re-Download Assistance
If you experience any of the following, our support team will provide assistance and re-download support wherever applicable:
- Download issues
- Missing files
- Corrupted files
- Lost access to purchased downloads
Cancellation Policy
As digital products are delivered instantly after payment confirmation, orders cannot usually be cancelled once the purchase is completed.
Customers are requested to carefully review product details before making a purchase.
Fraudulent Transactions
Zentryxio reserves the right to refuse service, suspend accounts, or cancel transactions if any fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious activity is detected.
Processing Time for Approved Refunds
If a refund is approved under exceptional circumstances, the amount will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on the payment provider and banking system.
